The Town of High River is launching a new financial self-service portal for utility accounts, tax accounts and assessments.
The new portal provides:
- Single sign-on for utilities, taxes and assessment lookups
- E-billing with email notifications
- Improved payment history and receipting
- Better support for owners of multiple properties
The existing Citizen Self-Service (CSS) system will be retired. Account holders will receive instructions by email and mail before the transition. Historical balances and payment records will carry over — no action is required to keep your account active.
